Ethical standards are considered critical for the success of any organization, yet it can be extraordinarily difficult to judge a candidate’s ethical standards during the interview process. No matter the job or the industry or the experience level, they want to hire someone with a strong work ethic and a commitment.

The most reliable way for hiring a candidate is through asking behavioural interview questions as any candidate with brain will claim to have a strong work ethics in a job. Even the term hard worker is defined in different ways. For some showing up at office is also considered as hard working.

Behavioral questions are specifically the ones that ask about your past work experience. The idea is to learn more about the candidate’s past job so as to predict how he might behave if hired. Behavioral questions based on communication, time management, creativity, etc can be used to test a candidate in any competency area.
