Looking for young and energetic female individuals as ADMIN COORDINATOR – CUM – FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE in front office that can assist in documentation and daily workflow process.
The individual must have good communication skills and pleasing personality.
1. Manage reception-attend – transfer calls, mailing various Microsoft files / documents, prior experience in guest relation will be a plus.
2. Systematic up-keeping of the office files and its maintenance and managing stock control of stationery and general office supplies.
3. Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
4. Travel arrangement as and when required
5. Managing the office and stationary requirements.
6. Candidate well versed with administrative experience, Vendor management shall be preferred.
7. Maintaining holiday and sickness records and data entry on company staff resource management software
8. Management of the Front Desk/Reception area as well as the entire office.
9. Assisting the directors of the company in the administrative work.
10. Dispatching Courier mails and keeping their proper records.
11. Preparing Forwarding letters and other administration related letters.
12. Taking care of office assets and keeping record on their AMC & services.
