- 1. Managing end to end prospect of business development activities by continuously identifying new clients.

- 7. Develop sales strategies & maintain a client Pipe-line.
- 8. Preparation of quotations & Business Proposals for acquiring new prospective Clients & working for the existing client.
- 9. Follow up and Relationship Building with clients and internal team.
- 10. “BD CRM data should be up to date such that one can pull metrics on different stages of lead conversion any time.
- 11. Submit timely report to the Management as per prescribed formats and responsible for all documentation /requirements.”
- 12. Engage with Recruitment team to make sure the set targets are achieved.
