Job Overview
  • 1. Managing end to end prospect of business development activities by continuously identifying new clients.
  • 2. Conducting regular research on prospects for our empanelment by doing market research, cold calling, and lead generation.”
  • 3. To be responsible for generating business.
  • 4. Should be able to do strong follow up with the client.
  • 5. Responsible to achieve Business Targets in Recruitment & Contract Staffing &  other HR services.
  • 6.Internal coordination with delivery team and management
  • 7. Develop sales strategies & maintain a client Pipe-line.
  • 8. Preparation of quotations & Business Proposals for acquiring new prospective Clients & working for the existing client.
  • 9. Follow up and Relationship Building with clients and internal team.
  • 10. “BD CRM data should be up to date such that one can pull metrics on different stages of lead conversion any time.
  • 11. Submit timely report to the Management as per prescribed formats and responsible for all documentation /requirements.”
  • 12. Engage with Recruitment team to make sure the set targets are achieved.
